As there was any mail, next morning, I replied that mail:

Hello Josh,

thank you for your help again, yesterday at phone. You told me transition might take 2-3 hours, is there anything I can be helpful with?

Thanks for your efforts.

Within an hour I got the following response:

Hello xxxx,

I do apologize there was some delays due to the size and transfer throttling. Your migrations still in process and shouldn't be much longer.

Thank you and have a great day,

After almost 3 days since my initial request, all I can find on new server, is some directories of my main domain. Unfortunately there was a password protected file, which now thanks to Greengeeks is public to everyone! Anyhow, I have to mail again to them:

Dear Support Team,

on your webpage you state, that site migration will be done within 48 hours. In your last 2 mails from support you repeated, that migration, will not take much longer. All I see migrated, after more then 48 hrs are some directories, that were password-protected by .htaccess files and are totally public by now. Please let me most exactly know, what problems you are facing and how I can contribute, to get started with my new webhost?

Best xxxxx

Eager to start checking out my webspace and not to wait another week to transfer my DNS I contacted Support chat on that one hour later:

Please wait for a site operator to respond.
